       Put Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate 50% Soluble Powder into high, medium and low three groups, to treat broiler chicken infected with Clostridium perfringens by artificial way. With each dose group of chicken’s morbidity, mortality rate, clinical symptoms, course of disease, and relative weight gain rate etc, separately compare the relevant indicators in control group, negative control group and healthy controls to evaluate the efficacy of Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate.

       Result shows that the effective concentration of mixed drinks of Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate is 50-200 mg/kg, of which 100-200 mg/kg - dose of treatment effect is the best which better than the 500 mg/kg - tylosin, further confirmed the therapeutic effect of Bacitracin and its clinical application dose. Bacitracin, therefore, not only can be used as ideal growing additives for poultry and livestock, but also be used to treat chicken necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens.  Its clinical effect is reliable, which has wide application prospect.
